DAY 01 : KATHMANDU : Welcome ceremony.
You are received at airport and transferred to hotel. Rest of the day at
DAY 02 : KATHMANDU : A repository of
medieval art culture.
For the day visit the Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka, ancient residential
quarters and temples. Then visit
a 2500 years old site where it is believed the Radiant Lotus of valley
mythology settled when Manjushri, the God of Wisdom, drained the water. The
five Dhyani Buddha attended by their consorts are enshrined at the base of
the Stupa. Also visit the Museum.
DAY 03 : KATHMANDU : Excursion to
Half day excursion to Patan which is just 05 km visiting the old Newar
city, the historic Durbar square, the Golden Gate, the sky piercing temple
of Teleju and the statue of Yogendra Malla, other temples old carved windows
and balconies of wood, curio shops and bazaars. On return, visit
Swayambhunath, the 2500 years old Buddhist temple.
Day 04 : NAGARKOT : Leisure only.
For the first half of the day explore the market at Kathmandu. After lunch
drive for Nagarkot which is 30 Km far. Arrival and check in hotel. Rest of
the day at leisure. Overnight at Nagarkot.
05 : NAGARKOT : Sightseeing only.
After breakfast set out to explore the place. In the evening explore the
market. Overnight at Nagarkot.
06 : POKHARA : Picturesque valley of the Nepal.
In morning we drive to Pokhara which is 206 km far. At Pokhara you are free
to relax. Overnight at Pokhara.
DAY 07 : POKHARA : Sightseeing.
Strolling in the town.
Half day sightseeing of the valley visiting the Mahendra Pool to view Seti
River Gorge, the Bindesbasani Bhagwaiti Temple and the old Pokhara city.
Also visit the Tibetan refugee camp to watch the carpet weaving. Walk down
to the David Falls to hear the sounds of a mythical river believed to be
flowing underground. Afternoon spend in self-exploration.
Day 08 : POKHARA : Memories and
After breakfast you will drive towards Kathmandu to catch the flight for
your onward journey.
